A bug viewing latest course evaluation!

There is a bug that even when evaluations for a class exist, if you are looking at a PAST course that has only been taught once under a certain name and thus you could only look at the course under that name/semester, it will NOT show you the evaluations, instead saying "The Current Class"!
I hope this can be fixed. It doesn't seem like a massive bug to fix because this was viewable in the past.

Thanks for the suggestion. Our idea was that you could use the "Evaluations" tab header to navigate to evaluations, and we decided to make these related course buttons purely for navigating to
another
class, but in hindsight I see how this can be inconsistent. I will fix this.R
